Welcome to, where I spent almost my whole time cooking food, lots of food

Some fast facts about me:

  1. I was born and raised in Milan Italy, but as a kid, I developed a massive passion for the culinary skill
  2. From 30 years ago until now I spent a lot of time (maybe too much time???!) watching Disney World.
  3. I have been to Walt Disney World 10 times.
  4. I really like food… Making it, eating it, thinking about making or eating it… The food is awesome.

It was a combination of these undeniable personal truths that led me to wake up one day almost five years ago and say to myself “Hey, I think I’m going to start a blog about cooking foods from Walt Disney World.” and that’s how thedisneychef started

And really, it did all start that simply…  In 2015 after returning from my latest Disney trip. I started collecting Disney recipes, re-creating the meals, and posting the results on this blog

What began as a little blog with a few committed followers has now evolved into something much greater than I ever imagined it could be. 200 dishes, 30,000 social media followers, and over one million views later, has become my passion.

While I don’t go to Disney as frequently as I’d like, knowing that I’m a recipe away from replicating the experience excites me to bits, and being able to share that with a community of people is such an honor.
